Abstract

3 Kasım günü, dünyanın yakından takip ettiği seçim büyük ölçüde tamamlandı ve mevcut sonuçlara göre Biden, Trump karşısında seçilerek 2021 Ocak ayı itibariyle ABD’nin yeni devlet başkanı olarak görevine başlayacak. Amerikan seçimlerinin yirminci yüzyıl ortasından beri, küresel bir seçim olması gibi bir özelliği olduğu söylenir, zira seçime dönük uluslararası ilgi de bunun göstergelerinden bir tanesidir.
